WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON MOST ITEMS:
- Returned/exchanged within 21 days of receipt.
- Returned to us in brand new condition.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE:
- E-mail us your order number & the reason for return.
- Let us know right away if you received a damaged product
- Let us know right away if you received the wrong size or item
- E-mail us at email@example.com
- We will e-mail you a return form.
WHAT WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR?
DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEM:
We will always refund you for the cost of the item as well as your original shipping fee. In order to process your refund we may ask for photos of the damages. Feel free to speed up the process by including the images in your initial email. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can ship the item back to us at no cost to you. And if you are exchanging that item or just replacing that item, we will also reship the correct item back to you.
STYLE OR FIT ISSUES:
You will be responsible to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us. And if you would like to exchange that item, you will also need to pay the shipping cost for us to ship the new item back to you.
