SHIPPING OPTIONS

If you choose USPS First Class Mail to ship your order and you do not add Route Shipment Protection (see below) to your purchase, the US Postal Service makes no guarantees that your order will arrive on time or that it will arrive at all! And likewise, Too Fast will no longer be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. This affects both International & Domestic orders. 

WHAT IS ROUTE?

Too Fast has partnered with Route — a package protection and tracking solution — to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. We are thrilled to now offer optional shipment protection for your orders via Route. Route provides package protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen for a very small fee. The cost to insure you package will vary depending on your total order amount but the cost to insure most shipments is only $0.98!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

If everything is in stock, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. We will email you a tracking number. Shipping times are subject to change during the peak holiday season. Please note: if an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will adjust your total based on availability and ship your order. We do not back-order any items.

WHY DOESN'T THE LINK TO MY TRACKING NUMBER SHOW ANY INFO?

Your tracking number won’t be recognized for approximately 24 hours from the time your order shipped. Try tracking your package again the following day-it should work by then.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (3-5 days for international). Also, remember we only ship orders Monday through Friday. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking information in it! If you're still concerned your order may have gone missing, simply email sales@toofastonline.com and we'll look into it for you.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT ITEM(S) WERE MISSING?

If you were billed for the item but did not receive it, please let us know right away, we are happy to fix any errors.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED?

Unfortunately, no we are unable to do that, once your order is out the door, we are unable to re-route it. But we are able to change the destination of your package before it leaves our warehouse. So try and hit us up as quick as you can if you need a change.

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the ‘shipping address’ page, you’ll see the price for your order.

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR TAXES & DUTIES?

Certain countries charge additional customs fees and/or additional independent carrier charges. Too Fast can not anticipate these costs. You will be responsible for them. You may want to contact your local customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect.

CAN YOU MARK MY ORDER AS A GIFT?

No we are not able to designate any packages as gifts. Sorry!

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route+ package protection at checkout. 
When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route+ package protection at checkout. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR MY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ORDER?

If you insured your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: FILE A CLAIM

Note: Make sure to have the Order ID we sent you or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form. 

DOES ROUTE+ COVER STOLEN ITEMS?

Yes! When you insure your orders with Route+, stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds.
