WELCOME TO TOO FAST WHOLESALE SITE

We have merged our retail & wholesale websites into one site. Going forward all wholesale customers will order from our "retail" website. We hope this will be easier for everyone! However, we always love to hear your feedback! So please let us know right away if you have any questions or concerns, or any ideas on ways we can improve your experience. A NOTE ABOUT PURCHASE ORDERS

Wholesale customers can only place purchase orders online. This means that when you complete the online checkout, you are agreeing to purchase the items on your PO. No money will be due at that time.

We use purchase orders to allocate the items, sizes and quantities you order to your store. This is especially helpful when purchasing pre-order items. We do not charge your card or accept payment until your order is ready to ship.

We will get in touch with you via email to confirm your preferred shipping & payment methods. If your order includes pre-order merchandise, we will also include an anticipated ship date. If there are items we can not fulfill on your PO, or are on back-order, we will discuss that as well.

Once everything is confirmed & your order is ready to ship, we will email you an updated invoice which will include the shipping costs. You will be asked to remit payment at that time. Again, we do not bill you until your order is 100% complete, boxed & ready to ship.

  • Wholesale purchases must meet a $200 minimum order total

    OTHER ORDER QUESTIONS

    Q: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS A BACKORDERED ITEM?

    We will automatically back-order any items that are not in stock at the time we ship your order. We will let you know an anticipated date we can ship those items. You will not be charged for these items until they actually ship. You will be contacted before the back-ordered items are ready to ship.

    Q: WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

    In most cases, it wasn't! It's more likely that it just needed to be revised. You will be contacted via email with a revised invoice which will include any out of stock item refunds, shipping fees & other changes.

    Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    ORDERS WITH NO PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:
    • We will get your order shipped right away, usually within a few days.
    ORDERS WITH PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
    • We will email you about current delivery date schedule.

    SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT PREFERENCES

    We ask that you provide important details on how you would like your orders to ship, how to handle back-orders & pre-orders, plus your preferred shipping & payment methods. Your preferences will be stored securely and will be used on your future orders, until you tell us differently.

    ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

    Too Fast accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal, wire/bank transfers, COD and on a limited basis & if approved net terms. If you have a unique situation or you do not see your preferred payment option here just let me know, we will try and accommodate you as best we can. Here are your payment options:

    AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS:

    We ship via USPS, UPS, &  FedEx everyday but we are happy to accommodate other shipping methods if requested. Let me know any special instructions you may have & which method you would like to use. Some examples of available shipping options are as follows:

    • Ship Using Our Shipping Account
    • Ship the Cheapest Way
